By using our website or services, you confirm that:

• Residential & Commercial Deep Cleaning

• Kitchen & Bathroom Cleaning

• Pest Control (Herbal & Standard)

• Sofa, Carpet, and Upholstery Shampooing

• Local & Long-Distance Moving & Packing Services

Note: All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location.

• Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, phone call, or direct visit.

• Service timings are confirmed via call/message after booking.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Late rescheduling or no-shows may result in additional charges.

• All prices are subject to service scope and may vary based on property size, location, or level of work required.

• We accept payments via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

• Full payment must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If the booking is cancelled after payment, the service will be provided on any day of that month. However, please note that the money will not be refunded.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

• In case of dissatisfaction, we may offer a free re-service (based on case review) but no cash refunds unless agreed.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to furniture, flooring, or other property.

• Our team will not be responsible for the handling or cleaning of:

  1. Valuable jewelry, important documents, or fragile antiques unless specified in writing.
  2. Areas deemed unsafe or structurally compromised.

Logiq Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
