9 Industrial Deep Cleaning Pricing

What’s Included:

• Surface Cleaning: High-pressure cleaning and scrubbing of floors, walls (non-painted only), ceilings (reachable areas), partitions, and workstations.

• Heavy Equipment Wipe Down: Dusting and surface-level wiping of industrial machines, conveyors, storage racks, and tools (non-operational during cleaning).

• Oil & Grease Removal: Degreasing of non-functional surfaces, removing buildup from production floors or corners using industrial-grade chemicals.

• Window & Ventilation Cleaning: Cleaning of window panes, exhaust vents, industrial fans, and air filters(from reachable height).

• Pantry & Washroom Cleaning: Deep cleaning and disinfection of staff restrooms, pantries, changing rooms, and high-touch surfaces.

• Waste Area Maintenance: Removal of dry waste, cleaning near garbage zones, bins, and corner accumulation points.

Important Notes:

• This service does not include machine dismantling, electrical panels, or paint, glue, or chemical removal.

• High-risk zones, live electrical areas, and confined entry points are excluded unless prior safety clearance is provided.

• Customer must arrange for:

  • Ladder/stool for high areas

  • Water supply and electricity

  • Basic factory access/safety support (PPE zones, passes, etc.)

Note:
For industrial cleaning, a site inspection is mandatory before confirming the scope, pricing, and equipment deployment. The final quote will be provided after evaluating factory layout, floor area, and cleaning needs.
